K due to not getting paid for these 2 sites I am offering the designs for sale.
You get the design you see but have to deliver me some content to replace the current content. I will replace all content with yours and change the name/url/text to whatever you want and slice it all up.
Note: the midwest site doens't have a joinpage but that can be made without any extra costs.
