Here is the big question, so they have a platform that could be used to delivery the device, otherwise they just built an extreme costly firecracker.
The other fact is that China has the strongest airforce in the world, I don't believe NC, would go and attack them.
I guess we all are just going to have to watch and see how it goes. Interesting times are coming folks, thats for sure!
