I would love to get married. I would love to spend my whole life with one person who is my best friend. You can still play with other people if you have the right kind of relationship and you are secure in your love for each other. That is what I want more than anything, a best friend for life, someone who goes through everything in life good, bad, great, up, down whatever. As long as we have each other we can take on anyone. Someone who knows me better than anyone in the world and I know them better than anyone else. Someone I trust with everything and anything and they feel the same way.
You know that love when a couple grows to the age of 90 and when one dies the other dies because they are so connected to each other? I met an old couple like that. She was 95 he was 94 living in a retirement home in Napa Valley with a beautiful room filled with TONS of pictures of their life together and every where they traveled and all the people they met. He was a fur trader in the 20's and 30's. I saw a pic of him as a younger man and he was so freakin HOT and then I looked up and saw old eyes. I cried. haha
Seeing them together was the most beautiful thing I ever saw. I knew right then and there that was what I wanted in life.
But I don't want kids. NO KIDS!!! Just us and the world.
But I think the original saying in this thread is pretty funny. LOL It's takes a lot more than looks to catch a man like that. hehe
