Here's a little info:

The republicans that are pro censorship will be voted out of office real soon...

There is something called the "Fairness Act" that will basically destroy the conservative talk radio circuit... SO the same guys who are supporting internet censorship will very soon lose their conservative base cheerleaders like Limbaugh, Hannity, Savage..etc.

No conservative could possibly win in future elections without talk radio... It's talk radio that energizes their base to turn out at primaries etc... Get rid of talk radio and the repubs are gonna get their asses handed to them by the dems

You have kind of been misled, but I'm pretty sure thats what franken told you.

There are not a bunch of conservatives because the republican talk shows are numbers 1, 2 and 3 in the ratings.

The republican talk shows are number 1, 2, and 3 in the ratings because there are a bunch of conservatives.

Unlike Air America, they pay their bills based on advertising revenue, people are listening, businesses want to advertise.

I have a stupid question to ask on the subject:
What happens to the domains once the .com is dropped? Say (for example) I have the domain fuckmehard.com . Now that's obviously a domain that can't be used for anything other than sex or porn. But then I'm forced to get fuckmehard.xxx instead. What happens to the .com one? It's obviously not worth anything. It can't redirect to the .xxx or have any connection to it whatsoever, or else the whole segregation thing would become pointless. And it can't be used for a mainstream site because that would be misleading. Would it go to a government regulated page that says "you're all going to hell for trying to view porn online"?
I'm sure I just haven't looked hard enough, but I haven't learned what their plan is for all the newly-useless .com domains.

If there are any ads or textlinks on the .com which link to the .xxx version of the same domain, wouldn't that just make it basically a form of a splash page (so to speak) or gateway to the very thing they are trying to rid the .com world of? It seems to me that if there are any links between the two, their whole plan becomes pointless. But I'm sure I'm missing something obvious.
