I am 99% sure that I read somewhere in the past that the .com holder of a domain would get first shot at registering the .xxx version.

I can't remember where I read it, if I find it again I will post it.

thepiratebay.org is violating US laws but you can do shit to him because what he does is legal in sweden! A country where web sites are forbidden could press charges against you for having one? I dont think so.
