I LOVE that movie. The sets and costumes alone are genius. Hell, the opening credits are brilliant, IMHO.
But it is definitely an easy movie to dislike. It's one that grows on you with repeat viewings, too.HAL on TEDx:

Many parts were funny
it's kind of like office space in that the quotes more so how they say them
like in office space when he says hmm ok yeaahhh
it's got that unique lines to it
many parts are funny, it's a very very slow moving movie.
I can completely see how people hated it.
I am big on Jim Carey, American Pie, and Adam Sandler movies
hotshots is ok, and naked gun I'm not so into
so I usually don't like too stupid
I can see how people didn't like it
but I thnk the movie was edited on a mac at home
so considering this was just some guy and very low budget
