I've been a huge fan of CCBill up until this week. No one can help down time, unfortunately , but I think there's a bigger problem they're hiding..

Maybe CCBill can tell us how far off the numbers are today. If they are stable after only one hour of downtime, then my numbers should not be what they are. If there is a problem, then I say, okay, let's give CCBill a break to do what we can to fix it. It is when they say, everything is cool, and my joins are down over 60% from normal is when I get heartburn.

That would make sense. If a large portion of this country and others can't get our join pages, it would appear to work on my end, and on CCbill's end, but not really be working and stable.
