client had been with cybercat for years - literally years - so they got a STERN warning to say the least and they SAID it would be fixed - it wasn't - so they were just removed from the client list and i just made sure it was removed from the site myself.
i'm not impressed with them to say the least and won't ever be doing business with that client again.

People pull shit on me ever day. I have to scan galleries all the time. If someone pointed out CP or Beast crap on one of my sites, it would be gone in minutes. I have found submitters that have changed galleries to that crap and they get banned, so does their IP etc. There is NO SECOND CHANCE.
I'm an affiliate not at Sleazy's level and able to sell the space directly. I've had sponsors change hot linked banners and added exits etc. Haven't had one add "Horse Fucking" yet.
Point is, he may have been framed as you say, BUT once he knew.... He had the power to get a ban on Choker at GFY, he didn't have the power to get a Horse Fucking link off his own site in less than a day? Guess some around here swallow easy ???
After all that has been posted, I don't know how much he was duped? At first I felt form him as I have been screwed over with similar situations too, many times.Comment
