He deserved jail time for sure, after a trial. Cops don't have the right to hand out punishment, they don't have the right to beat anyone like that well after they're subdued. People who support those cops are blinded by racial prejudice and the fear they're sold on TV every day. If that was a white women being beaten like that, even if she was driving high on PCP and resisting at first, there wouldn't be much debate. Those cops would be in jail for a long fucking time.Comment

Sad thing is shit like that happens all the time, the only difference about King was that someone was taping it.

BUT , we only know of this stuff AFTER it happened.. The cops did not know he was high or what was happening at the time ( as far as i know ) They knew he was not cooperating , but he very well could have been having a diabetic shock or something medical that caused him to frak out etc etc ( maybe he was deaf ) .
