Lets see if everyone can understand this...
Digibucks agreed to clear any past due monies (the 10 sites for $7k deal) if Kelly made him 2 toons. Digibucks then offered to pay an ADDITIONAL $250 for a third toon, Kelly agreed and delivered the 3 toons.
Now Digibucks doesn't want to pay Kelly the $250 for the third toon since he feels he already made out on the previous deal.
