              Yah, I want a Blackberry pretty bad too. Verizon does a similiar thing too. They give you a 100$ off a phone when your 2 year agreement is up. BUT you have to sign for another 2 years lol

                          i dont know what in the fuck cingulars problem is.

                          I added the 500 txt msgs a month plan to my phone using their inet method and now I cant even send any text messages.

                          fucking lame.

                                  thats why I dont use cingular, they suck hard. sprint lets me update my phone anytime they come out with a new one, and since i have been with them for over 5 years, and always get there highest end phones. it usually doesnt cost me anything. just picked up the Treo 650 for $20. Thats what keeps me with them.

                                      sheesh. u want to hear bad? I'm on at&t but my phone says cingular. if i need help i call cingular and they transfer me to at&t's outsourced drones in india
                                      i asked the cingular lady how i can transfer my account fully to cingular, they said i have to sign up all over again

                                      i want to get a blackberry too. I'm thinking of switching to t-mobile, they have an unlimited blackberry plan that kicks at&t's ass here in nyc.

                                                  If you call their CS and be nice to the rep, they'll do just about anything to keep you happy.

                                                  Cingular has been really helpful since I was merged from the old ATT Wireless.

                                                              Yeah old ATT customers like me gets no love. They're even making it hard for me to even buy a new phone while I'm still under ATT since all of the stores are now cingular. So if this phone breaks, I'll be assed out.

                                                              But this 99 a month unlimited minutes and no roaming charge plan rocks and I'll keep renewing that SAME contract year after year until something better comes along.

                                                                  If you switch to T Mobile be prepared to not have a singal in lots of places! I have the Blackberry had to wait to upgrade to it as well and don't have service in the strangest places like right down the street from my house
