              read the fine print

              many folks are counting on the FSC filing an injunction in what they hope will be a "magic solution" to their lack of compliance, but if you read the FSC statements on the subject - or heard Michelle speak in Phoenix - you will know that only FSC members will be covered by any injunction, even if the court grants one.

              if you're not a member, you're out of luck
