AdultFrienFinder bonuses

I`m sure i`m not so stupid to not understand this statement from adult friendfinder affiliates sign-up page https://secure.adultfriendfinder.com...iliate_program

"Option II - Percentage Program (up to 75% + recurring + bonus)
... ...
Affiliates under the Percentage Program also receive a bonus for each FREE signup ? $1.50 for women, 30 cents for men. (See note below.)
These payouts are for clicks sent to Adult FriendFinder starting August 1, 2004."

At this moment it became a question of principle! I`m trying for 1/2 year to clarify an evident question and answer : when the bonuses are paid?
