                                              Your suppose to take them all so you don't create a super bacteria that was exposed to antibiotics and didn't die. This super bacteria would infect others and they would need to use a stronger antibiotic than you used. By finishing the bottle you're doing a public good rather than helping yourself. In fact you're weakening your own body's defenses by doing the job with medicines. It's best not to have to rely on antibiotics.
