          My lawyer has advised me to get ID and signed releases from all of the text on such a site.

                  2257 applies to banners. No sex on the banners unless you have model releases for the performers in the banner
                  They dont care that the sponsor gave them to you. If you show them, you need the ID's.

                                  im not a lawyer and for me some of those are a gray area on what is acceptable and what isnt.

                                  For me personally I dont play on that gray area. its either text, or a face from the neck up with no sex in the pic, and thats it.

                                  Maybe sponsors will be making more non nude banners soon
