I understand your confusion. I spent most of my school days growing up outside the US and even the TEACHERS in South Africa, the UK, Holland and Hong Kong used to get this wrong all the time. I got into some major arguements with them and had to show them proof....

Anyway, there are only 48 states in the lower noth american continent. Alaska was the 49th, and Hawaii is the 50th.

yep, i am half welsh, ive lived in england all my life though. I count myself as welsh though, i am going to a wedding near chepstow pretty soon. I cant say ive heard of Llandabya though, might have been there for all i know

Actually there are only 44 states in the lower NA continent.
