Do you guys have Hobbies? I've recently started noodling coins, which is where I go to a bank, take out various denominations, look through them all for rare ones, those with errors and others that have interesting features. After sorting through the lot, I take the rest back to the bank and start all over again. It keeps me busy for a few hours when I want to wind down in front of the TV and mong out.
Here are a few of my latest finds.
These are some federation coins - only 2 million of each state were circulated, so some can be a pain to find. I like the designs and the condition is good.
Here's an interesting find: I got a sack of 2012 uncirculated, with many being in absolute mint condition. These have never been touched before and are very pretty to look at. I've stashed $300 of them in a cupboard and will give them to my children when I eventually have them, because I'm nice like that.
