He's still stuck in DR trying to tell tourists he owns a hotel and would they like to buy it? He's just getting deeper into the hole he dug for himself. If he manages to get an airfare out of DR, chances are he'll head south, then maybe west - and into the hands of some folks who want to chat with him.
Doubt he'll take a flight back to Florida. He must have scammed in excess of $2 mill from folks so far, - but the full extent may never be known because some of the "victims" don't want to talk much - they are "weathly ladies with reputations" who would rather forget their experiences with Lutzie
