    I saw p2p advertising how is working

    I been yesterday at my friend who download tons and tons of music video and he say a lot of them actualy are not music video ,they are porn videos.
    For example latest 50 cent video is ad for one porn site(cant remember name)
    I saw name of site on beggining of video.
    I just wonder does this type of advertising have any effect.

              when i get such shit on my pc the first thing i do is delete it. How fucked up when you think you are downloading a song and you get something totaly different.

                                      All advertising has an effect. But, it takes a lot of work to effectively target, distribute, and ultimately convert P2P advertising.

                                      The key really is understanding that P2P traffic isn't WWW traffic. It's different traffic, with different goals, and different patterns.

                                      Once you get a formula that works - it works very well.

                                                  when a user downloads they get lots of crap.. lots of scary stuff..

                                                  lots of untargeted stuff.. no live video feeds.. no support..

                                                  when they buy .. they get what they pay for.. and for most people .. some things are worth paying for.
