Well, for sure you own the name. But unless Jordan GIVES you the rights to her sex tape, you don't own it. I can be pretty sure of that. As the guy said, you'd have to own all her family photographs, or holiday videos etc. Including her wedding photographs etc too.
Unless she's on a shoot for you, or doing work for her site, none of the stuff she does privately is owned by you.
But like everyone's saying... fair enough if you can make some money from it man!
