privat sexvideo that got "stolen" - you also own the right to any other privat photos taken of Jordan and the family? As far as I know no exclusive contract can cover content ment to be privat.
So what I read is you/Lightspeed Media bought the rights to the tape(or paid to have it made). And I dont think you would do that unless you had a agreement with Jordan that gave you the right to publish it.
