                    eh, i'm a content producer and i have seen lots of implants going wrong. even if they went to a doctor that produced good results before. but not every body reacts in the same way - so you never can say with 100% certainty whether it will succeed or not.

                    second: when a girl like her poses for pictures you can be almost sure that she has enough self esteem to do so - if she'd feel uncomfortable she wouldn't do this job - at least thats my problem when i try to convince girls with small tits that do not feel comfortable.

                                                                    They are also probably a little too small to have the needed structure to support good implants, which means over time she would end up with heavy, misshapen looking breasts because she just isn't built for them.
