The fact that you have a design and the pictures does in no way affect how much a coding job will cost you. Just as having a domain and content won't cut the price of a design. I dont know what kind of script you got with the database but you said you were looking for someone to code a script (make a new one) to use that database to do that. $50 is not going to get you one on such a short notice. There are geoip scripts out there that do geoip redirection at $20 to $150 a pop and those are premade. You want a custom one in 24 hrs for $50. As I said, good luck bud
