    I'm done with cams.com

    I know it varies per affiliate, but I've had many sales with the same traffic with pretty much every other cam sponsor, but not cams.com

    I should have taken the hint when I hit 0:8000!! Right now I'm 0:8956 and I'm pulling the plug and flushing down any hope.

    That's all, a little bored, felt like posting.

                          You see, I thought it would. They seem to pay well and I was hoping for atleast 1 signup to make up for the suckiness - but it never came.

                          I have other cam sites that convert rather well, and I was even pushing cams.com the most on the site. Big 300x250 banner you see on every page.

                          I didn't speak to a rep, not sure what that would give me at this point - especially with this post.

                          They're prices are high, and the competition is more affordable, I think that's the prob.

                              It's not a high traffic site, but I have AWE converting at 1:100 and camcrush at 1:32.

                              It's mostly from search engines and because it's a fairly new site, it's getting better every day.

                                      bashing? How about posting my experience and stats. When all is well they boast and post awesome conversions I'm sure - what about the bad times? We gotta pretend they don't exist?

                                      If I was bashing I would say "cams.com fucken sucks" but no, they don't. They aren't a top cam site for no reason. I gotta admit that their promo tools and everything else is pretty sweet and looks good.

                                                          Meanwhile she could have sent it somewhere that works for her and made $$.                                                                                                                               cams does decent, but it could be so great, if they limited the free chat time, or used a credit card verified free join if they're going to give unlimited free videochat. they could also lower prices or allow the models to lower their prices, 4.99 is ridiculous.

                                                                                                                              add on top of that they've recentley decided to give an additional 10% discount to premiere members and take that out on the models pay as well as their cut without even giving the models the choice to take it or not. premiere benefits cams not really the models but they are paying for it anyway.

                                                                                                                              i could go on and on and on, but i still like them. it's just not worth 4.99 for a european camgirl thats on 5 other sites at the same time some of them as low as $1 a minute or $1.50. but if you want to sit all day in free chat then its a surfers heaven

                                                                                                                                                  I'll give you an example....last summer i had a large amount of african american traffic, it didn't convert for shit at AAC, i hit up jill & aj....they made me the most perfect afro-american tour i had ever seen....make a few tweaks, & i went from 0 sales a day, to 8 sales a day.

                                                                                                                                                  Account reps will also look to see if you have your linking codes setup wrong etc. Any # of things a trained rep will find, that you won't....things you overlook...they don't.

                                                                                                                                                  If i'm not making any sales at your pharmacy fuzebox....would you help me create custom advertising for my campaigns? of course you would....& since you know pills better than me (atleast marketing wise ) u could help me get my sales off the ground

Search Engines traffic converts the best. With TGP traffic you'll have conversion like 1:10000 or 1:30000.

They aren't a top cam site for no reason. I gotta admit that their promo tools and everything else is pretty sweet and looks good.

                                                                                                                                                                                                      My only advice is ( as mentioned ) to always contact a sales rep if your numbers are in the shitter. I know sometimes it sounds stupid because they cant make you get sales but sometime it can be the smartes thing you can do..

                                                                                                                                                                                                      Trust me and trust the couple people who mentioned it before me.. sometimes its something silly causing your shitty conversions thats easily spotted/fixed by a rep, sometimes its as simple as a banner or text change or placement..
