what about affiliates and downloadable content. will you be supplying webmasters with doc's so they can legally promote your material in their own galleries?

I am so curious if linking to these record keepers addresses is enough. If an image or video is on my server, don't I have to keep actual hard copy records?

That's been my understanding of what I've been reading - unless it's fully-clothed or non-hardcore content - I'm not a lawyer though.

Everything is open to interpretation for non-hardcore right? We are all gonna end up deleting 1000's of non-compliant galleries and sites, just because obtaining the actual model releases and id's and everything asked for will not be possible, that's a given I think.

edit - I am referring to content from sponsors and content providers that won't provide them to you as an affiliate for whatever reason.

According with the new 2257 regulations, each program will need to have all their models records and send them to webmasters who want to promote that content.

We started adding that link on our bottom site to let you all know we are disagree with PORN CHILD. Right now NASTYCHANNELS is working hard on that to give our affiliates the best of us.

I noticed you listed adultlegal in your 2257 info.

Are you sure they are the holder of the records? I play it safe and list the producer.

I don't think any program has to make a statement like that, it's pretty much implied. I couldn't think of a single person nor company that is pro child porn.
