I hated having mine out. They were impacted, and the nerve had grown funny, making removal a painful process. I was out for two weeks because of it, but at least it was better than the pain of having them push the rest of my teeth around.
At least I was on vicodin the whole time :D
Oh, and go for general anaesthesia, it'll make things easierComment

I had all 4 of mine pulled on Monday. It wasnt too bad. I even stayed awake for the procedure. The surgery didnt hurt at all. The first few hours after were alittle painful, but i never even filled my pain medicine prescription - advil worked fine enough. Make sure to put alot of ice on your face to kill the swelling. The only swelling i have is on my tongue! They gave me penicilln (to kill infections) and methylpred (antiflamitory), and all is well. I was eating almost normal the next day, just waiting for my stitches to dissolve.Comment
