i consider myself a fatty right now LOL i wasnt fat till I went full time online, and started spending 18 hours a day on the computer, fucked up my metabolism (damn near shut it off). And i wasnt eating "shitty foods" either. no fast food, no soda, ALOT of iced tea with no sugar.....i'd hate to see what i would look like if i DID eat those crappy foods though.
so i joined a gym 4 months ago & became a vegatarian LOL Hopefully in a year, I'll be back to normal again

sitting in front of a computer all day is not healthy---you MUST break your day up, get some exercise, and eat correctly.
LOTS of you guys need to get on something like atkins, get down to your target weight, and then get on calorie maintenance.
