The maps are about dead-on true, but it still amazes me that so many Americans think Canada is the coldest place on Earth.
Fact: It's much warmer in Toronto than about 1/4 of the United States (not including Alaska, smart ass). Think Green Bay, Buffalo and any other US city on the wrong side of a big lake. Trust me, our winters aren't nearly as bad ... now, go about 3 hours north of Toronto and yeah, Wisconsin will feel like Hawaii by comparison ...Comment
