The red cross said like 80 percent imprisoned as terrorists during the war are innocent. Countries and people were paid bounties so lots of people were named who did nothing so they can get paid. Also what makes this country great are things like habeus corpus, we have some fear and take it away. It shows the world we are weak and dont stand on our principals.
