Over the last 6 months I had a small dot form and darken to brown on my nose. It isn't raised, its level with my skin. Can I still have this fucker cut away without there being a hole left behind?

Best advice: once it has been removed you need need need to keep sunscreen on the area.
Sun exposure will scar it for sure. Most people will put sunblock on but forget to re-apply. If you are swimming, sweating etc, re-application is essential (even if it's waterproof).
