I had an idiot member write support, his password did not work.
I wrote him back, telling him that his username/password was cAsE SeNsiTive
He wrote me back again, telling me it STILL did not work. This went on and on and on, until I found out the fucker thought the username was: "cAsE" and the password: "SeNsiTive"
