YOU don't think they're CAPABLE of doing the job because they're NOT caucasian (or American I see). I'M saying they MAY be able to do the job, but I'm not willing to listen to waste my time finding out when I can't understand a word they're saying. NOT because of who they are, or where they're from. I simply can't understand them. Nothing more than a language barrier. Fuck, if CuriousBoyToy was on the support end of the phone, I'd be asking for someone else too...I get maybe one word in three from him.
