I have 2 separate CCBill accounts with numerous sponsors on each. For today, on one of my accounts, things seem to be normal, BUT on the other account, last month on the 28th, I had 12 rebills varying from 1-4 total rebills per member, PLUS I also had 14 NEW sales. Even back to July on the 28th I had 13 new sign ups and 7 rebills. Today, as of 9:40pm, there's NOT ONE REBILL on that account. How fucked up is that ?? You mean to tell me that all 12 people that were rebilling for 1-4 months just stopped and then 14 new members cancelled before rebilling, that just doesn't sound right.
CCBill Rebills For Today WTF ?!?!?!

If you are trying to say ccbill is up to something shady Im gonna have to say your out of your mind.
sometimes I have found out that bad stats all day seem to shake themselves out after midnight and everything looks all and good when I wake up the next morning.
I would not worry about itIcQ 50611033Comment

Actually I'm not trying to say that they're up to something shady, I'm just wondering if there's something broke on their end, ha ha.Originally posted by lushyIf you are trying to say ccbill is up to something shady Im gonna have to say your out of your mind.
Like I say, on my other account, everything seems to be in line, that's why I'm puzzled, it shows rebills for the programs under it.Comment

Thanks for the posts people. I think that I'll wait until tomarrow to see if the signups magically appear overnight, but I'm fearing that they won't because my other account is working fine and nobody else seems to have the same problem.
If they don't, I think I'll give them a call.Comment

Hello, this is Mark from CCBill. Give our Client Support Department a call, we can check it out, one thing you could do is check 30 days back and compare those days to get an idea of what they should be comparatively. But if you think there is an issue, get ahold of them so they can check it out and see whats going on.

Yea its some weird shit thats for sur, sometimes they are processed in batches it seems... but other times it makes ya wonder...Comment

I have the same problem, many rebills didn't come through and are still within "scheduled rebills" for sept 28, even though the day is over for 3+ hours. Mostly they are either billed or moved to the next day's schedule at this time.Comment

I know that I have NEVER had a week like this for three of my sites, and when I check the tranaction reports. Everyone this week was declined.
I am not saying that it's nessesarily bad, because obviously CCBill is protecting for fraud, and such. But I mean, come on..

Did get some rebills through yesterday, but still have two that shows up as active that didn't rebill yet... Seems a bit weird with so many people reporting the same thing, so maybe there was a problem with rebills yesterday CCBill?Comment

I had the same problem. My rebills didn't go through yesterday either. I have been with CCBill since 1998 and know very well that SOME can fail yes. In fact, the usual failure rate is 10% - 15% at the most, but yesterday I had over a 60% failure and today I have 100% failure. That's a little more than "some".
I've submitted bug reports but heard nothing.

Sure it does happen, but I mean it is an exception. I had been with BHE Bill for 7-8+ years and occasionally I would get the rebilling customer who's credit card would fail, or it would be rejected by the bank. But they were few and far between.Originally posted by pinupglamAlso, If anyone else out there is having this problem, please chime in. Too often I call CCBill or submit this problem via the bug submission form and get that same form answer "some rebills fail to charge . it can happen for many reasons".
I am not bashing CCBill at all, so don't take it as a gang up on CCBill issue. But thre has never, I repeat NEVER, been a week where I've had next to no sales on a site in years.
Possible? Sure.
But I also raise an eyebrow when I see almost everyone who's tried to sign up gets rejected.

When you check in the schedule rebills section for yesterday, is there still a number there? Shouldn't it be zero today? it is not for me, so maybe there is a rebill problem at CCbill right now.Comment

We had an unexpected problem with our rebill system towards the end of the day yesterday and our programming team has been working all night to catch up on the rebills that were missed. We hope to be fully caught up on the rebills within the next few hours.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.

CCbill and GFY rocks. I remember I used to bill with another company, and we would have a problem. We would call, and they would say everything is fine in a situation like this, when we knew it wasn't. If there is a problem now, I just come here, and see if anyone else is having it. If they are, CCbill jumps on it and crushes the problem like a bug.Comment

Update:
The problem has been fixed. You should start seeing the rebills in your stats momentarily and they should all be caught up within the hour. If after that time you still believe there are problems with your stats please contact client support and we will be happy to investigate for you.

As you can imagine we have a lot of rebills to catch up on so it still could take a bit of time yet.
Furthermore, just for clarifications sake, this was mostly a reporting error and no rebill data was lost they were just delayed.Paulk @ CCBill.com | icq 248615940Comment
