However what I am saying is that US Sponsors will control what they can and be leary of what they cannot so that could very well start forcing some to take actions that they would never have considered before the new regs.
Either way, people need to wake up, grow up and realize that we are all B2B partners, colleagues whatever...no man is an island in this biz.
And by that I mean we all have to work together. Sponsors need your * in the collective sense* traffic, you need the sponsors content and program to accept sales from your traffic..if one is not around to provide for the other then the whole relationship gets out of whack...get my drift?
So it's in your best interest to work with your favorite US Sponsors so they'll continue to be around...because in the end...not all sponsors actually need your traffic...inhouse traffic of course has always been around but I personally know of many companies who have been focusing on pulling away from the affiliate model which will affect a large portion of this industry worldwide.
As someone else posted on another thread the affiliate model will have to change, it's a fact...get used to it...and instead of non-us webmasters sitting back laughing and thinking this does not affect you look a bit deeper and realise how it could very well effect you..because it will to some degree....it's simple common sense.For rent - ICQ 127-027-910

The photographer in Eastern Europe loses a valuable client. Models don't get as much work, designers hired to build creatives are no longer needed, processor loses a client, traffic brokers lose sales, affiliates lose sponsor etc etc.
