                      Hmm come to think of it, if I stream using jpeg push that makes me resposible to license their technology, so since I am using their patent to publish would that not make then a secondary producer and thus I can force them to keep track and cross index every single jpeg that was pushed.

                      P.S. I know they would not be secondary producers.
