Start a show called the Adult Webmaster Apprentice, this would be my version anyway:
Steve selects 16 newbies, they all stay in the Lightspeed Mansion he sets them tasks every week, including building sites, shooting content, sourcing models, working with affiliates, showing them how to do everything the right way.
In the Boardroom, you would have Jordan Capri take the role of Caroline from the Apprentice and Rochard take the role of George from the Apprentice, each week they fire a newbie and at the end of the 16 weeks the winner gets to win the site that they have all been working on.
