    Was reading some of your responses in reference the red rose case and I have to say I totally agree with you. I was just surprised by it as all as you were awfully critical of my situation while it was going on.

    I'm not calling you out or trying to pick a fight with you in anyway, in-fact I wanted to IM you but all I have is MSN and I don't know your MSN or if you even have one.

    I was just curious if you were critical of me and not of this case was because of the fact hers was written and mine involved death pictures?

      I was critical because you choose to run your adult business in one of the most nonporn places in the south.A place where the sheriff had a history of going after porn. I get pissed off people in porn have this idea I can do whatever I want where I want and thats not the real world. I disagree with the theme of red roses site but freedom of speech has to be protected. Thought crimes are a bad bad road to go down, now that might have been the motivation behind yours but thats not what they charged you with.

          ok so free speech should only be enjoyed be people that live in California? Polk County brought one obscenity case in 15 years, not exactly zero tolerance there.

          I just think it's silly for you to imply that somehow your rights to freedom of speech are somehow only valid if you choose to live in super liberal places. It would be my opinion that the entire country is deserving of that right regardless of where you live.

              no you are wrong that sheriff went after ifriends webcam models and a mom who had a solo girl site. If they went after your site for dead soldiers pics you are right but they didnt they went after you for obscenity. It wasnt freedom of speech it was they dont want porn in polk county. As they had made that clear many times. If you were a freedom fighter why did you make a deal? Why dont you still have a political site ,they said you cant do porn.

                  I never said they should send you to jail , I said you made bad choices. Also most of the industry really embraced you and this one they are hanging out to dry and this one is much more dangerous to the freedoms of all americans.

                      Also I had no problem what was on your site,that was a zoning issue. I m disgusted by the things on red rose site but the right for free thought must be protected.

                          I wish I could show you what they considered obscene, it would make you laugh. The deal was made for obvious reasons, much like we don't expect our soldiers to run and jump on land mines to serve our country.

                          Bush doesn't want porn on the interent, does that mean everyone here is hanging up their hat and moving on to other things? I live in Polk County for over 20 years before this case. So under your rational because ole George and Alberto don't want porn on the net everyone should quit or they are just asking for it ?

                              That's what I have been saying all along, speech is speech, your gripe I now understand is whth where I happend to live. I guess that's where we disagree, I feel my rights to free speech should be protected anywhere I choose to live

                                  That's why I moved the hell out of the USA. I was running my business out of *gulp* Cincinnati and was not able to take the risks needed for growth in my business while living there.

                                  I would NEVER do the things I do now if I still worked out of the Midwest. I think it's nuts for anyway to run an adult business out of there, or parts of the south.

                                      Feds didnt prosecute you the locals did. Of course I bet the pics were very tame because they dont want any porn in polk county. Ive known that for 5 yrs, why didnt you after living there for 20? Also yours wasnt a thought crime you didnt write make believe stories of soldiers being killed and they came after you. This is about make believe pure fiction.

                                                          lets agree to disagree but I will say this. This is written thought, once a bar is set its easy to lower it. Im not worry about porn on this one, Im worried about free speech as we know it.

                                                                  same problems I had with ICQ, it pissed me off so bad i had to get rid of it. MSN is just the lesser of evils to me lol..
