    When - Why - How Could They???

    Went to the movies last night to see Unleashed.
    10 bucks per adult.

    What Happened. It used to be 7.50 last time I went.

    Maybe building a home theatre at my house was a good investement.

    Whats going to happen in another 15-20 years down the road, if I ever have kids and they'll want to take their dates to the moves, it will cost like 60 bucks a ticket.

    Damn I was shocked. That's just Robbery.

    Now I see why you guys are downloading them. Maybe they need to drop the prices. I can buy the DVD a month after the movie comes out for half the price of seeing it.

    Sorry, my rant of the day.

              there is a nice local theater here. $3.50 per admission. can't be beat.

                  Prices went DOWN to 9.95 here in toronto.
                  Used to be like $13+ tax + popcorn and drink for 2.

                  Like a $50-60 date.

                      Top it off, I didn't have to wait in line, they have the electronic touch screen tickets, I got them them in like 3 mintues, slide in my card, punch in the movie and time and bam.

                                          I love my small town - $5 for each adult ticket Granted, we only 2 movies showing at a time and they are very picky about R rated ones, but I can always drive into ATL and see something if I really want to. And if you get there late and he's left to start the projector, you just leave your money on the counter ;)
