    where is the boilerplate defining "actual explicit sexual content"

    maybe, i'm missing it in my copy, but i don't see it listed in "definitions". can someone point me to it?

    not opinions, i want an operational definition, because the whole statute relies on it.

    seems like an understanding of this is pretty crucial.

              same as above now with a sly smile, now is this (E) ?


              a jury is going to have fun with this sort of stuff.

                      as with all "pointless voter scmoozing" legislation - at the end of the day the lawyers are the only ones who benefit.

                          'lascivious' depends on the intent of the model and the photographer, and you're right, it's a judgement call. That woman, if she's a nudist and it's a family photo... not lascivious. If she's a nudist and you're doing a 'peeping tom' through the window and selling the image... probably lascivious. Err on the side of caution would be my advice.

                              you know, i just spent 8 hours decipering boilerplate predicated on a very loosey-goosey set of definitions.

                              I WANT TO COMPLY TO THE LETTER OF THE LAW!

                              subjective words like "lascivious" don't cut it.

                              if that isn't quelling of "free speech" i don't know what is.
