how do you know what they make and are they employees or do they own sites/program? if they're making 95K as employees they're doing great, employees in this biz make pretty modest money.

Since 110 Media is a public company, their salaries are a matter of public knowledge. Anyone can lookup their company filings and find out this info. Thats one of the sucky things about being public, still it should have been posted on the boards. Very unprofessional
