Berlin, 27 Sept. (AKI) - German politicians and intellectuals have fiercely criticised the decision by a Berlin theatre this week to cancel performances of a Mozart opera following warnings from the authorities that it could enrage Muslims and trigger religiously motivated attacks. Criticism of the Deutsche Oper Berlin's cancellation of 'Idomeneo' which contains a scene where the severed heads of the Prophet Mohammed, Jesus Christ the Buddha and the mythological Greek king Poseidon are pulled from a sack, has also come from some quarters of Germany's 3 million strong Muslim community.
That opera also angered a bunch of Christians when it came out, who threw fits and beat apart the theater where it was being shown. However, they kept it going for the full year... that time.

Hopefully one day the moderate Muslims will take some responsibility for their fanatic counterparts before Muslim concentration camps start sprouting up everywhere in the West.
