Franck, Healthcare in Canada = Free, you dont pay insurance like the states.

Some proceedures/rooms/situations are not covered though. The amount of coverage varies from province to province, I have no idea what is covered in Quebec, but I know that if you have insurance it will pick up the tab for the difference, if you don't, you pay out of pocket.
