you have here just ONE of a thousand 2257 questions.

                                                      2 nude women.

                                                      both with legs apart.

is this lewd exhibition or not?

very grey area that could tie up LOTS of attorney and court time.

say you go to mardi gras. the girls are on the balcony. you know they are over 18 because they were carded when they walked into the bar.

one girl turns around and shows her ass to the crowd. a hundred cameras flash, and the video rolls. within 24 hours a thousand gig of it is on the web all over the world.

is this lewd exhibition or not? is 2257 required or not? mardi gras, colorado river, etc. are all examples of grey areas. some of this is news worthy historical stuff. thousands of people in the street, and they've been doing this stuff for the last 20-30 years.

one could argue this is a freedom of information, free expression, free speech issue.

and do it successfully in front of a jury.
