For Consoles or not for Consoles?

thats what my friends tell me and thats why i wont be using them.

i hate consoles, i wouldnt wish consoles/spam on anyone so i never use the consoles option when promoting sites

Some consoles have my ref links on though

I remember promoting raven riley and in my first week my first sale was for some women on jaymancash I have never even promoted! Not even clicked on any link codes, and that sale was like for $37. Result

well, i am kind of taking the ethical view, but i'm also reassuring myself that surfers in the long run would appreciate me never having popups and skims so i'm hoping there will be a higher bookmark ratio too

Most affiliate programs offer console and console free options. Don't see any problem.

One innocent popup on a paysite does not bother me if its credited, but it bothers me ALOT if they redirect other opened windows, especially my own sites. I have already dropped/did not signup for programs because of this. Maybe others think the same, so they probably gain less than earn if u calculate the loss of potential promoters. If they have options, then its cool though. Freesites with pops are not cool.

No consoles, UNLESS it's a single pop-under (not hell) and ALL the links have affiliates codes - ie. your sponsor working for YOU to help YOU make more sales for them.

I have no problem with consoles if your ref ID passes thru! I do not consider that a leak personally, as it is another outlet to make money, that normally would have been lost.

I hate them, when I pick sponsors I try to avoid them...

Unfortunately I've had the odd sponsor who's been cheeky enough to pop an advert for another site without my ref codes as soon as my surfers have hit the tour...

I don't mind so much if there's an exit pop on the join page providing I get credit for any sales on it.

I'd hate to send my surfers to popup hell.
