O.K. You guys have had issues.. and they appear to be unresolvable for many of you.. I'm fine with that.

I was simply standing up and giving my 2 cents.

I will not however stand for people calling me anything less than genuine. I assure you all I was entirely genuine with my post. And I can only hope you guys can say the same about everything you post.

I don't know Nzdeignz personally. And like I said, I'm not 'vouching' for anyone. I was sharing my point of view which I derived from my experiences with him. Don't like it?? ... you all know the drill...

I assure you I am not anything close to what you think of me.

And you definatly dont have any clue as to what my list of involvement in this business looks like. And thats the way I like it, because I dont wanna sit here and play any 'who' is he and does he desvere respect games. I just recently got back into the swing of things, and I'm starting to buckle down, trust me, you'll be hearing from me quite a bit, and you'll be seeing my work as well.

To all those with maturity on this issue, Thank you, And by maturity I simply mean those of you who posted in a less than childish manner. There were many, on both side of the argument with their own well put valid points.

At least I'm that much closer to a free GFY shirt ... WOOHOO.. lol

vasten, I didn't post on any of the threads about this guy, but if you want things clear, then let's go have a helluvah of clearness

When I made the announcement for the launching of Adult Worker, this guy contacted me asking for work. It took me by surprise, he showed me some not very good designs, but still usable for little works. Then I was on ICQ with somebody and just making a comment like "Hey, even people is offering themselves to work" and when I mentioned who he was (TennisAce/Sergui/NZ or whichever name he choose to use today), the other guy told me about that Amp thread. So, I chose not to have contact with him and yet not to bash him either, maybe he'd change, even when we know it happens 1 in a thousands times.

Anyway, let's suppose I hired him, then he makes some stolen shit and then my business is being hurt just because he obviously understands no other way to do things but cheating, scamming and plagiarism. Should I forgive him? Should I keep my mouth shut so he keeps scamming other people?

By the way, it's strange you support him, since he scammed you because Orchid Designs has all the rights to ask you to take off your TGP design since it's stolen from Orchid. Very unexpensive, huh? Now you depend on Orchid's good will to have a design, otherwise, you were stolen by the psychopathetic idiot you're deffending. Simply as that. Just to clear the air.

Doesn't the word "accusation" indicate the presumption of innocence? After a person is convicted on the evidence presented to his/her peers, they are no longer the accused, they're now "guilty".
