My FINAL public remarks about sonofsam.
The kid does not want the content.
The kid does not want a license for the content.
The kid does not want his money back.
The kid only wants to harm my reputation because he overextended himself on a content purchase and then got mad when I would not give him a refund because of all the stuff I had done to help him out. Then he libeled me and infringed on my copyright thereby forfeiting any rights he may have had along with his investment. Technically, he still owes me money and I still would not be required to issue him a license. That's the bottom line.
He's a fucking liar and this topic has been beat to death over a month ago.
sonofsam fucked up, put himself in a bad legal situation, and now he has forced my hand to play hard ball.
If you don't see the big picture here it's because you lack basic business skills when it comes to protecting your rights. Those who do business with me are very aware of this situation and the truth behind the bullshit that sonofsam, ContentProducer, and Alien have posted.

As of this point, I will no longer be responding to ANY questions or accusations from anybody about this issue....INCLUDING anything in this thread.

From here on out, I'll let my professional track record speak for itself. 4 pissed off customers in 4 years is acceptable in my book. Especially considering that 2 of them were scammers who were forced out of this industry for their crooked shit.
You can't please everybody even when you go out of your way to help them as I have done with sonofsam.....Of course, he will lie again and downplay everything I have done for him because that's the kind of ingrate that he is.
