They just had one rep leave that I know of, perhaps even two, so depending on who you were trying to reach, they may not have gotten your message.

Yeah, that's most likely the case; TB is a good company; but nevertheless, they have to account for reps who are not there.
They shouldn't just let emails sit there until they hire a new rep.

You can hit me up. There are a few issues with linking that way, one is that linking direct to the index.html with your link code won't track properly and the second is that not all video trailers remain available forever so you could end up linking to a video that doesn't play.
