                    the choice of words used in the title of this thread is propoganda in itself.

                    That being said..

                    While I think this law is a great thing to keep sites on their toes and to help squash underage content it is also putting honnest webmasters in a bit of a pickle to get in compliance not to mention the time and money involved in putting together such a system for high content volume sites.

                            These new regulations have nothing to do with protecting children - they are an attack on legal free speech!

                            Answer this question - what do the new 2257 regulations do to protect children that the old ones didn't do? Nothing.

                            How can people who have no respect for free speech be a part of the adult industry?

                            The industry might need a cleaning out - but not the kind you're thinking of. Hopefully the first people to be arrested will be those who support right wing politicians who want to get rid of the first amendment.

                            Ask Larry Flynt or any of the others who've spent time in jail for legal speech out about the far right's intentions.
