I submitted a DMCA notice to Godaddy and Webair yesterday. I contacted MensNiche via ICQ on Saturday and spoke directly to Andy on ICQ yesterday morning.

You have a point to some extent however I felt the quickest way to deal with this was program owner to program owner. I guess that's not the case considering MensNiche is still accepting traffic from this asshole. Apparently they don't have a problem with their affiliates using STOLEN content to promote their sites!
