Hey steve, you do yours with shrimp or crawfish? Ive always wanted to try it. Ive never had, dunno bout the crawfish since I havent had before, but the shrimp sure would sound good!

back in louisiana, crawfish, of course. here, i haven't been able to find crawfish at all. i was told that a company used to raise em, but has since went out of business. they're called "river shrimp" here, in english. no clue about the spanish translation.
